elementor-size-default\">Guardianship and curatorship <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e3715e legal-content elementor-widget under guardianship or curatorship is to provide protection and legal representation to individuals who, for various reasons, are not fully able to manage their own affairs and interests. I offer support both to family members and to persons under care.<\/p><h4>Guardianship \u2013 when full protection is required<\/h4><p>Guardianship is applied in cases where the person concerned is permanently or definitively unable to act with full legal capacity, for example due to minority, long-term impairment of health, or other conditions that significantly limit legal capacity.<\/p><p>Services:<\/p><ul><li>legal advice on guardianship proceedings, as well as on the rights and obligations of the guardian<\/li><li>representation before courts<\/li><li>assistance with the preparation of guardianship reports and ensuring compliance with legal requirements<\/li><\/ul><p>My goal is to ensure that guardianship places the least possible burden on the family. In all circumstances, the best interests of the person under guardianship are my top priority.<\/p><h4>Curatorship \u2013 partial support in decision-making<\/h4><p>Curatorship applies in cases where a person is partially capable of acting responsibly but requires support in certain areas \u2013 such as asset management, making legal declarations, or specific decisions related to daily life.<\/p><p>I provide the following services:<\/p><ul><li>representation during court proceedings<\/li><li>clarification of the curator\u2019s duties and responsibilities<\/li><li>legal advice on preserving the self-determination of the person under curatorship<\/li><li>legal assistance in disputed situations, protecting the rights of both the curator and the person under curatorship<\/li><\/ul><p>The purpose of curatorship is support, not the removal of independence.
