My name is Katalin Luk\u00e1csi, I am attorney-at-law and member of the Harghita County Bar Association, since January 2005.<\/p>

In 2007, I established my independent law office in Odorheiu-Secuiesc.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I completed my secondary education at the Tam\u00e1si \u00c1ron High School in Odorheiu- Secuiesc, specialising in philology and foreign languages, and obtained my law degree in 2003 from the Faculty of Law of Babe\u0219-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Prior to accepting any mandate, I assess the legal situation in detail, analyse the tasks to be performed, the foreseeable costs and the realistically achievable outcomes. Each case is handled through a holistic approach (for example, in a sale and purchase transaction, I do not only ensure the legal framework of the agreement, but also draw attention to further legal implications, such as inheritance-related aspects; in company formation or amendments to company data, I highlight the effects of the transaction in other areas of law as well).\u00a0<\/p>

Before initiating any procedure, I provide my clients with a clear and realistic assessment of the expected outcome. This may also involve advising against initiating litigation where the potential result is not proportionate to the time, costs and effort involved, or, where the client is acting as a defendant, jointly seeking an amicable, compromise-based resolution of the dispute.\u00a0<\/p>

Before engaging in litigation, I always explore and evaluate the possibility of an out-of-court, amicable settlement, as this approach can result in significant savings in time and costs. Moreover, a mutually negotiated agreement is often more advantageous for the parties than a binding decision imposed by a third party (such as a judge), as it allows them to actively represent their interests and decide which compromises they are willing to accept.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Beyond providing one-off legal services, the law office places strong emphasis on building a relationship of trust between attorney and client, forming the basis for long-term cooperation.\u00a0<\/p>

I am proud to maintain enduring professional relationships with the majority of my clients, often spanning many years. In contrast to prevailing trends, I continue to uphold the traditional values of the legal profession, based on trust and comprehensive legal support across all relevant aspects of a client\u2019s life.\u00a0<\/p>

My professional activity is supported by my advanced level of English. I cooperate with accountants, tax advisors and other experts, notaries public, enforcement officers throughout the country, certified translators and surveyors.\u00a0<\/p>
