To such an extent that many consider the role of the lawyer\/notary to be limited to authenticating documents or affixing a certified date.<\/p><p>All of this may seem like a convenient, good, and above all inexpensive solution\u2014so long as there is agreement among the parties involved. So long as no one appears with intentions different from those originally agreed upon.
