The purpose of placing a person under guardianship or curatorship is to provide protection and legal representation to individuals who, for various reasons, are not fully able to manage their own affairs and interests. I offer support both to family members and to persons under care.
Guardianship is applied in cases where the person concerned is permanently or definitively unable to act with full legal capacity, for example due to minority, long-term impairment of health, or other conditions that significantly limit legal capacity.

Curatorship applies in cases where a person is partially capable of acting responsibly but requires support in certain areas – such as asset management, making legal declarations, or specific decisions related to daily life.
