1. Introduction

This cookie policy applies to the website of the Law Office of Lukácsi Katalin and complements the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

The law office complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”), as well as applicable national legislation, in particular Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.

They allow the user’s device to be recognized and contribute to the proper functioning of the website.

The website uses exclusively strictly necessary (essential) cookies.

  • taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and/or
  • the legitimate interest of the controller to respond to requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data are not used for marketing purposes and are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

The website does NOT use:

  • analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics);
  • marketing or advertising cookies;
  • profiling cookies;
  • social media plugins that collect data.

Data submitted through the contact form are retained only for the time necessary to handle the request and subsequently in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to the legal profession.
