The procedure is as follows: the client contacts the law office at office@lukacsikatalin.ro, briefly indicating the relevant area of law and the matter for which legal advice is requested. In a reply e-mail, an appointment is scheduled, and the service agreement to be concluded with the law office, as well as the invoice, are sent to the client. 

Documents related to the matter should be submitted in advance by e-mail for review. It is important to note that without the examination of specific documents, the consultation remains theoretical only. Effective legal advice can be provided only if the relevant documents are available (land registry extract, contracts, correspondence, offence reports, official notices, court documents etc.). 

The consultation is conditional upon the return of the signed service agreement and the advance payment of the agreed fee. 

If unforeseen circumstances arise, and the cancellation is made in advance — at least two hours prior to the scheduled time — the consultation will be flexibly rescheduled. 

If the online/telephone consultation fails to take place for reasons not attributable to the law office, the fee paid cannot be refunded.
